• What is Personal Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as:
"Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process
that insipres them to maximize their professional and personal potential,"

In short, coaching is building a relationship with a client (Partnership) to focus on the future and assisting the client in achieving a specific goal over a short term cycle. It is during the creative process where we will figure out the goals and obstacles. Be assured that I will inspire you to take the steps to maxize your full professional and personal potential.

The passion to change for the better is the most important aspect of desiring to being coached.

Coaching philosophy

... is a core set of beliefs and ideas that a coach has around how transformation is created in their clients. As a Mindset, Business & Accounabiity coach, I believe that total transformation is possible only when you, the client, has a willing to look at your life holistically, and not at just one aspect. This will give us, as partners in this relationship, a broader understanding of what traits can be built upon and what new traits need to be incorporated to achieve your goal(s).

Coaching is unlike meeting with a psychologist as the latter focuses on healing past pains in a (sometimes) long term setting. Therapists are often more focued on cognitions while a coach is often more focused on behaviors and patterns.

Understanding where the client is coming from will help to unfold actions to take towards achieving the desired goal. As a team, we will work on strategies for accelerating success in your personal and business life. Accouability is the key to success!

Coaching is ...

a means for developing a partnership between the coach and client whereby a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and the steps it will take to achieve it is discussed and agreed upon. Coaching can be defined as an ongoing approach in assisting the individual or group to create a genuinely motivating atmosphere to improve performance.

Coaching is ...

the best way to improve what you already have in yourself: Body, mind and spirit and developing what you have or adding new concepts to your life to help you improve to be the best version of yourself.

Selecting the coach who has the "mojo" you’re looking for will not only set you up for success, but will undoubtedly boost your confidence levels.
